This residence was designed and built as an investment project in north Scottsdale, Arizona. The exterior reflects a combination of Sonoran Mexican and Santa Barbara styles. A two story house with triple car garage, pool, spa and shade ramada. The residence is on an acre of wonderful desert views and comprises about 4800 square feet of living area. The architect also acted as builder.
